Lorenz was the first Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) in Hong Kong, bringing with him 20 years of practical Agile experience. His roles have included Scrum Master, Product Owner, Developer, and Agile Leaders outside the Scrum Team. In large enterprises, Lorenz led Agile Transformation, forming and sustaining multiple Scrum Teams comprising over 500 developers. Additionally, he co-authored the O'Reilly book, “97 Things Every Engineering Manager Should Know”.
